This is gripping recreation of a brutal attack carried out by Colombian FARC (Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (Spanish) "Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia" or simply FARC) guerrillas.
The blood thirsty terrorists murdered a bus load of civilians and only Alex, who was shot several times, lived to tell about it. In the midst of his suffering, as he lay waiting to die, Alex's only regret was that he had been unable to tell the guerrillas about Jesus Christ. In the years following the attack, Alex amazingly met one of his attackers and not only forgave him, but befriended him.
